1. Where can I send a money transfer?
With SalamPay, you can send money transfers to:
- Uzbekistan;
- Tajikistan;
- Azerbaijan.
The transfer amount is entered in Russian rubles, and the recipient receives the funds in their country's national currency or in U.S. dollars.
After sending the transfer, you can track its status directly in the app. Once the recipient receives the money, you will receive a push notification.
2. Can I send a transfer using any bank card?
To send a transfer, you must use a bank card issued by a bank in the Russian Federation.
The following payment systems are supported:
- Mir;
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Maestro.
If your card meets these requirements, you can use it to send money through SalamPay.

3. How can I check the status of my transfer?
All transfers are displayed in the app. To check the status, simply open your transaction history.
If you have an internet connection, the information is updated automatically. Once the recipient receives the transfer, you will receive a notification in the app.
4. Is SalamPay safe to use?
User security is one of SalamPay’s top priorities. To protect your account, you can set up a personal access code. Information about your transfers and their status is always available in the app.
Transactions are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, and users' personal data is protected in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
