A one-time password acts as a means to confirm the customer's actions on the bank card and is sent by the bank to the phone number linked to the card. If you do not receive an SMS message with a password, try restarting your device and make sure that your number is not blocked by your mobile operator.
If you are sure that your device is working properly and there are no communication problems, try to repeat the same translation (to do this, select the desired translation from the Translation History section on the main page of the mobile application and click the "Repeat" button). If you do not receive an SMS message with the code, we recommend that you contact the bank that issued your card.
