In Russia, you can book a doctor’s appointment online through the Gosuslugi portal. It’s convenient—you don’t need to stand in queues or spend time calling the registry.
You can book not only for yourself, but also for:

- another person (for example, your spouse).
What do you need to book an appointment?
Before you start, prepare:
- your compulsory medical insurance (OMS) policy number;
- registration with the clinic you want to visit.
Without being registered with a clinic, you will not be able to book an appointment.

How to book an appointment?
1. Log in to Gosuslugi and open the “Doctor Appointment” service.
2. Choose who you want to book the appointment for.
If it is for a child or another person, you will need to provide:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- OMS policy number;
- SNILS (if available).
- Choose the clinic.
3. Select the doctor and a convenient time.
Important note: In some clinics, general practitioners see patients based on assigned districts. This means you can only book an appointment with your designated doctor.
