For labor migrants, access to medical care is often complicated by formalities — registration at the place of residence, attachment to a clinic, and compulsory health insurance (OMS) requirements. To act correctly and legally, it is important to stay updated on migration news and follow migration laws, and when processing documents in Moscow — to contact the Sakharovo Migration Center on time (often searched as "Sakharov Migration Center").
How to request a doctor’s home visit through Госуслуги:
Log in to your Госуслугиpersonal account and open the service "Doctor’s home visit."
Enter the patient’s details: full name, date of birth, gender, OMS policy number (or series and number of the old-style policy), visit address, and reason for the visit in free form.
The request will be accepted by the clinic serving the specified address. If you are attached to a different clinic, call the nearest clinic to your actual place of residence.
The doctor usually arrives on the same day; if the request is made in the afternoon, the visit will be scheduled for the next day.
You can cancel the request in the "Notifications" section of your personal account ("Doctor’s home visit" → "Cancel") or by calling the clinic’s registration desk.
What to prepare for the visit: soap and a dry towel, a chair for the doctor, a place for outerwear (in cold weather), and sufficient lighting.
If online requests are not available in your region or if you are serving in the military or equivalent service, call your clinic directly. In an emergency, dial 112 or 103.
